Ron Stuart has been a sales executive for more than 25 years, directing as many as 150 employees within different companies raising revenues, quality service, and production. Ron has led and assisted these companies through start up, survival, turnaround, and growth modes.
Ron has spent years as Executive Vice President, Sales Manager, Sales Trainer and consultant in a varietty of different fields including Medical, Motgage, and now Commercial Insurance.
Among his significant previous posistions, Ron has served as Executive Vice President of HRC Inc. A Los Angeles Cosmetic Surgical Center. He was senior sales consultant at Loantool Box, a Westlake Village based national internet sales and motivational training hub in Souther California.
Now as an Insurance professional at Coastal States Insurance, Ron specializes in all lines of Commercial Insurance with a focus on Liability, Workers Compensation, and Commercial Automobile policies. He is particularly sensitive to the clients need for ongoing communication and service. Ron draws on his vast experience in his day to day operations in service and sales to equip his commercial clients with the best coverage and optional pricing. Ron has been recognized with numerous sales achievement awards at both National and Company levels.
Ron currently enjoys living in Ventura with his wife susan and his two sons, Riles, and Shea.

Doug Graduated from Cal State University in Sacramento with a Bachelors degree in 1976. Immeditaley following graduation, Doug wasted no time in starting to do what he loves, Insurance.
With a deep passion for the indutry, Doug began his career with Maryland Casualty as a Commercial Underwriter trainee out of Sacramento. It was not until two years later that Doug decided to join his family roots in Southern California, joining an agency in Encino to begin managing commercial accounts, and eventually earning his way as a commercial package underwriter. Shortly after, Doug was promoted within the company to handle the agency Marketing department. It was in Marketing that Doug began to recognize a value in the northern territory sectors of Ventura.
Following his time in Marketing, Doug was personally invited through his reputation of excellence to join Tolman and Wiker in 1981. This opened up a further opportuntiy for Doug to become a managing partner of the agency for a mere five years after joining.
After five years as a managing partner Doug decided with his talents and attention to detail in keeping his clients satisfied, it was time to move out on his own, it was time to start his own agency. 1984 Doug opened his own agency in Carpinteria California, which was then later moved to Ventura in 1987.
In 1993 Doug was fortuntate enough to have sold his agency to Montgomery Fansler in Santa Barbara, California. After ten years of appreciating time with family and life experiences, Doug Joined Coastal States Insurance in 2004, and has been comfortable within the agency ever since.
Doug has a gentle passion for exceeding his clients expectations and currently specializes in Marine related risks, Contractors, Water districts, and Manufacturers. Doug is currently living in Ventura and is still an active member and strong support pillar to our agency reputation of being the best available.
